Since the beginning of 2022, I have been to Washington, Ames, Waverly, Storm Lake, Dubuque, Atlantic, and Orange City to meet with farmers and faith leaders all over Iowa. Whether it’s a Faith Farms & Climate session or leading a workshop, I’m struck with awe when I hear the stories of Iowans of faith and conscience stepping up to take bold and just climate action.
Iowa IPL is proud to be a part of the newly launched “Clean Up MidAm” campaign, which is a coalition of organizations and Iowans who are holding MidAmerican Energy accountable to their 100% renewable energy vision.

Spring is a season of new beginnings, fresh starts, new growth, and a chance for positive changes. Iowa IPL is no exception to this. At the beginning of the month, it was announced that I was stepping into the role of executive director.
